The programme has its ups and downs. The business is brilliant and offers alot for its employees. However the educational side of the apprenticeship has left a lot to be desired.

Again the aspects within the business are brilliant. The external education is sub-standard.

The training is outsourced to a college who do not offer support or help when requested. Classes are rushed and Lecturers are incapable of teaching

The content of the qualification is very important to the role however the provider is not good at providing the training.
