I look at data to determine any issues that may be present or likely to occur in the future. I inform people on information that they request which aligns with the project schedule.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the program because it allows me to integrate with different project teams from all over the business which is valuable to my development. There is also a good support network available for me to use.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My presenting skills have improved from university assignments and holding team meetings every week. My IT skills on applications such as Excel have improved massively.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

We are well informed on thing within the business, however the university can be more informative of information in advance.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There is a range of support networks for all issues that may occur. The early careers team is also very helpful for resolving any issues or questions.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A sufficient amount however questions sometimes aren't answered and it can be difficult to get email responses from tutors.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It teaches us all the relevant documentation and methods that will be useful throughout our careers across project controls.

There are a number of networking events available through the business. There are also guest speakers that discuss a variety of topics.
