I do enjoy the programme now I am in my exit role, however issues were encountered in the first few years of the programme.

When i started there was no structure to the scheme, however this has since been implemented.

A lot of support is received from my line manager within the business.

As much as possible, issues have been encountered with lecturers/teachers being unavailable or not being replaced in good time.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has only benefited slightly towards my actual role, to be qualified in the role i am heading inot, a further qualification is needed.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there are multiple available now, when i started in COVID it was tough to organise social events and therefore there were not many available.
