Have just been doing my Apprenticeship for over a year, have found very good in that last year and see myself doing it for the long haul
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Yh much enjoy prefer being out outside rather then inside doing a desk job, this keeps me moving which I wnjoy

I have learnt Roofing, Leadwork, Installing Windows and Solar Panels

Yh pretty good the college days are usually planned months in advance and are usually always on the week of the month
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive all my essentials tools and are very understanding if I can't call in for a day because of illness

Yh greenlight do work that might not be common at work, so gives a variety of work. Also new skills to learn outside of the normal stuff
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Me and my labourer go to a MMA club just outside of Exeter, also lots of guys have some fighting experience. Also end of year party

Get stuck in and try to learn as much as possible. This will be a valuable skill in 10 - 20 as the demand increases
