To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the mentor I worked with through out my apprenticeship and got along with others well, I was clearly taught how to do certain things straight from the start of my apprenticeship and was trusted to do my own things early on

Yes
Why?
Because there's so many people who work for the company many of them have been an apprentice before and understand it's hard to pick certain things up and can give you pointers to help understand things better
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Western Counties Roofing?
Be ready to learn and take in new information and don't get angry when your only being used for labour at the start
