I’m a slating and tiling roofer I felt batten and slate/tiles roofs and do repairs manual labour and fitting.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed it with my mentor I was shown great ways to do things in my role and being outdoors keeping fit.

Teamworking skills , independance confident to work on my on and happy to work with a team, leadership, good communication, work ethic to come in on time and work to my highest capability, time keeping.

Well structured with the mostly on site experience and few days jn college a month

Tools were provided and information as to things to do with my apprenticeship and college were great

I would get 1 on 1 support as to the other students as well as class talks and great communication.
