Why?
Despite the time off allocated by line management, I feel that this apprenticeship negatively impacts operational output as it adds to the number of plates to spin.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The Army?
Depends what job they want to do after the army. If they plan to enter a data analytical role in a private company, I would say this adds loads of value. However if they plan to continue their role in a civilian capacity after their time in the military. Maybe support into developing further PAG skills instead will add more value.
