It was enjoyable as it was challenging therefore kept me engaged throughout.

It was well structured building up to an end point assessment and job write ups from the basics

A massive amount, I was given time, extra training and guidance. I was also given new skills.

I was in constant contact with them and was given guidance whenever I required it

It give me credibility in being a competent tradesperson, and helps me be a leader.

I like to play golf and running. An extra skill I have is army parachutist.
