There is a lot of theory based knowledge included in the apprenticeship but I feel like practical knowledge is more important in my trade.

Why?
A lot of variety to offer within my trade, a lot of career options and opportunity to travel. Also, social aspect is good. Meet lots of different people from different backgrounds.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RAF?
Take every opportunity available to you and be proactive in learning new things all the time.
