Mixture of learning new skills such as excelling in the chosen discipline whilst also developing existing skills such as teamwork.

Started off not too great with communications but that seems to have been sorted out now with feedback.

Be yourself and prepare for interviews, its known when someone isn't prepared and it doesn't look good.
