I get all the support I need to succeed. There are plenty of training opportunities outside of the apprenticeship including shadowing and additional learning to upskill

The technical skills in the DTS programme such as coding workshops could be improved significantly especially for software engineering roles

Yes, there are plenty of social, volunteering, and development opportunities developed by NatWest's Apprentice Council and Early Talent team. Some of the fun socials include Escape Rooms, bowling, games, virtual events, Christmas socials etc.
