I enjoy it but there are not many rotations and there is a lot of university work

Its okay, the degree is hard and its hard to avoid that. The uni day is online do it can be not very engaging.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

A degree is good as it allows you to understand the science behind the analysis you do however I think that its more applicable for research

As a company its great but probably not my apprenticeship as it has been really hard and stressful

Be yourself and do research on the role/business area you want to go in before the interviews.
