To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my apprenticeship. My tutor, [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is fantastic and supports all learning styles. The course material has been very beneficial for my working projects
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes through my apprenticeship i have learned about RAG rating and RACI as well as critical path amongst other project management frameworks. This has helped me greatly with all mayoral events over the last two years

Very well organised, the website to upload modules on is very good and the modules were structured brilliantly
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive support from the apprenticeship manager [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] to be on the apprenticeship programme. My manager attends APM Skill Scan meetings which helps them understand what I am currently working on in the apprenticeship
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a great amount of support from the training provider. I also have additional learning, the welfare officer, [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] have all been excellent with supporting me and my learning for my apprenticeship.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel my knowledge of understanding projects and events has greatly improved since being on this apprenticeship. I was able to successfully manage an event for over 100 people for a mayors quiz night which was a success thanks to the planning tools and delegating tasks id learned from my apprenticeship

Transferable skills are very good for project management such as proactiveness, delegating tasks, understanding RACI and critical paths
