Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Each day is different but normally it would be a task that includes wiring, crimping and terminating while also reading schematics to understand the work. Mainly hands on.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my Apprenticeship a lot. I'm always learning and meeting new people everyday.

it can be very organised and sometimes over complicated.

I do feel supported quite a bit by both my team leader and tradesman i work with.
