Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
It invokes having a lot of knowledge of what you are doing within the job and understand procedures and following the WS.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoy learning new things that I haven't done before and also meeting new people that I wouldn't usually talk to so I feel more confident around people.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt many this like the right techniques and I have learnt what I need to do within my job.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
I would say it is organised but sometimes things can go wrong which is understandable because the company is so big but everyone tries their best and the program I think its very good how it is layed out.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
We recive alot off support they are always there for you when ever you need help or if something bad happens they will always support you when they need to or any worries you can always ask.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
We revive a lot of support when we are either in the workshop or on site and this helps because there is a lot off information to take in so this helps me because I am hands on person and it helps when people show me close up and this happens a lot which I love about the job.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I would say being on site is very diffrent to the school so i feel being on site sooner would help training better but in the school they do teach you the basics which helps me alot.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
yes there is a lot of activities to do and they will always update you on whats happening around the business with events and activities.
