Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My normal day consists of teaching some lessons during the day whilst also getting some time to watch my mentor and review my teaching of the lessons that i taught on that day. Then before and after school we have clubs which is all about having a bit more fun whilst also learning.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy it a lot shaping and helping teach the new generation

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

yes I have learnt a lot more skills which have been very important to me developing my teaching skills things like the 3 2 1 method which has really helped me gain the students attention when teaching whilst also having my meetings where we sometimes go through our walk through clusters which benifit our teaching.

very well organised sometimes at my school lessons are sometimes changed late onm but anything other than that is amazing
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i receive a lot of support and loads of help is available if ever needed i can contact my line manager whenever i need and if only a little problem i can ask my mentor for some help
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

again I receive lots of help if needed for my training i am always offered extra time if needed and can ask for an extra call for help if i would like to.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i feel like it has benefited me a lot going through how to teach and teaching techniques that i can use in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

yes i help out with all of our sports teams weather that is by motivating them before they go to their event whilst also doing lots of team training at lunch times and even sometimes take them to an event which is fun cause i get to motivate them on the side.

cause its fun getting to teach the future generation whilst also learning lots of new things whilst completing the course

have fun with the children when teaching but make sure the kids are still learning and benefiting from your lesson
