Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Every day, I have a morning club, lessons throughout the day including a lunch club and an after school club as well. We work with children aged 5-11 everyday in PE and trying to make this a lesson for all of the kids to enjoy and have fun throughout the day.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Although, sometimes it can be challenging working with different children all day throughout the week, being a sports teacher is very enjoyable.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned many different skills since being on this apprenticeship to help make the childrens lessons more enjoyable and more drilled. I have been able to learn these skills since I have had lots of help from my mentors and training provider. They are always trying to help me become better within my role.

The program is very well structured having meetings every week to catch up on coursework

We have frequent meetings to help support me and checkups to see how I am when I am teaching my lessons.

There are many different sports teams, residential trips and school clubs that we run at our schools.
