- I think we should be given options on what we are interested in and what we would like to try as placements, if not all the placements but at least some.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
- Dont put too much pressure on yourself to learn everything at once, you are still classed as new after a year here theres that much to learn in the business
- Mistakes are fine, just learn from them
- Talk to your team, line manager or anyone if you are struggling
