Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Hand fitting skills such as drilling, countersinking an riveting. installing liquid shim on various parts of the job and using sealants and adhesives.

i enjoy the programme immensely

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i have developed existing skills such as drilling and using measuring tools. i have also learnt skills such as using rivet guns and applying sealant and shims to the job

How well organised/structured is your programme?

the programme is well structured, though at times it has been confusing who to report to as there have been many changes in in personnel and job roles over the last few years

i receive lots of support from the employer and various benefits such as incentive schemes and discounts etc.

i have received a huge amount of support when completing work towards myb qualifications.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i feel that my qualification helps to a certain extent when performing in my job role as it allows me to calculate and measure things easier had i not been educated on it.

yes there are networking events that occur regularly, as well as employee resource groups which allow all peope from all walks of life to interract and find common interests.
