Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day basis I support the children in the baby room. This includes giving many cuddles, providing for their needs, this includes: Bottle feeding, nappy changes etc. I also complete weekly observations to support the child’s next steps.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very organised and allows me to further develop new skills where possible. It is also structured well to allow me to complete tasks on time and allows my trainer to see me where possible.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive great support, My questions are answered throughly when I ask and are answered without any bother at all. It would help more if I could have time to complete my work during the work day where ratios see fit.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive thorough support from trainer, This includes, extra research for my OTJ hours, extra support with tasks if I am unsure, Questions are answered in detail and next steps are given to see how I can improve my practice.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

support me on what I need to improve on and how I can improve on those skills. For example I struggled with my communication with children, with some extra support and being placed on a webinar, I can now do this confidently

We have social activities as a team, this includes things such as Christmas events, Easter egg hunts, etc.
