My role is to assist in an audit team in the audit of various companies. I perform testing on different areas of the clients finances to determine if their figures are materially correct for the financial statements.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my program as it is helping me to develop many skills and grow my career, as well as being part of a large company with many friendly faces.

I have developed many new skills such as client facing communication, team collaboration, organisation, various methods of audit testing, understanding financial information in areas of profit & loss and balance sheet.

The programme is very structured with many different training sessions and days as well as different audits

The employer provides various academic support and support via the line managers. On the job the senior members of staff take the time to explain what is required effectively
