I am an audit junior, I help with day to day work on various audit jobs and outside of the work day I also study for my exams - towards my qualification.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

To a large extent, however at times it can be stressful due to work load

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, many new skills, soft skills like communication and organisation but also technical skills within audit, learning the terminology and software uswed.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Pretty well organised, I will say that occasionally it feels like if something needs to be done it has to go through 5-7 people unnecessarily for approval before action can be taken.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support, especially from my line manager.

Lots of support, tutors are very hands on

Very well, from the actual tuition to the skills days, I feel like I am being well prepared for my role.

Understand that it's a big time commitment and don't apply if you live too far away as you will need to be in the office every day.
