My role is to learn about how the supply chain of BAE systems integrates and assists the RAF. For example on a day to day basis i attend meetings with senior ranks to discuss problems and come up with potential solutions.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy both the benefits of the company that I work for as well as how welcoming everyone I have met is. Any questions are answered and I am encouraged to ask them.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new IT skills such as how to effectively use excel and power BI, as well as these skills I have grown in confidence when speaking to larger groups of people.

I am the first supply apprentice based at RAF Marham however i have been properly introduced and placed into a nice office. I also have been made fully aware of how my learning is planned out
