Training has been ok. But i feel like i learn alot more in the job then in training. Training has helped me understand how to be better a personal development.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Lots of opportunities so look around and find a role that you will enjoy if you get into an interview just be yourself. Understand the role you want and have evidence of skills, knowledge and behaviours linked to the role so you can speak about it in the interview. Also have a good knowledge of the company.
