Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

i am a project control degree apprentice and work within a risk team within the business. i interact with a wide range of people within the business and some of the responsibilities i have can be from managing the opportunities, organising sessions to capture new lfe, opportunities or risks.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy my programme as it is quite new and so i believe i am abe to learn as the programme grows.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i have learnt a wide range of new skills as i am new to project controls altogether so getting to know the processes needed within a project was very new.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

the programme is quite structured due to measures being put in place since the start however there are some occasions which it can be seen as disorganised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i receive a lot of support from the people around me whether it is my manager, skills coach, early careers adviser or just the everyday staff.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i believe i recieve a good amount of support when needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

my placement only focuses on one specific part of project controls and so i am able to learn the whole process of creating a project. we have also been taught risk and so i was able to understand what i need to do and why within my placement.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

there are activities to get involved in however it is not communicated very well across the whole business so i tend to forget or not hear about it until its late.
