My day to day activities involves making aircraft looms alongside my trainer.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my apprenticeship a lot , I am learning new things everyday. I also enjoy the balance between college and work and the different tasks that I complete everyday.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i have learnt many new skills such as technical skills for my job role such as creating looms, using testing equipment, and making different end connections.

the programme is well structured and organised to make sure we understand what we need to complete. our skills coach make it easier for us to understand what we need to complete and when.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

there is a good amount of support from my employer. I have received support from my college lecturers and also my trainers.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

there is a good amount of support that is received towards my qualification. I also receive support when completing college work and also receive help when completing any job packs.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I don't think the qualification really helps me with my everyday work as they are very different. The college work doesn't help with my everyday work.

there are loads of opportunities that are available such as open events and apprentice forum opportunities. there are also tours that can be done.

yes I think it is a good place to work due the good work life balance and that my working week it only Monday to Thursday.
