Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
Yes
Why?
The apprenticeship can turn someone with no prior knowledge into an aircraft engineer. However the end point of the apprenticeship needs re-evaluation as to apply for a job to work on aircraft and then not be offered a job in that domain is not the expectation.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Take every opportunity, never stop asking questions. It's a career opportunity many people would dream of having, so enjoy every moment of it.
