Adhering too safety procedures, completing jobs using Various tools like grinders, files, burning torches etc
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme a lot however there are a few things that let it down tremendously

It is structured well on paper but the college aspect is a bit up in the air

Recieve a lot of support on the learning side of things however, constantly getting underpaid for no reason / pay being messed up

The things we have learnt and been taught through our apprenticeship 100% helps us too perform better in our roles the information and courses / hands on experience is invaluable too us

Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Because despite the small negative things I’ve mentioned it is an amazing company too pursue a career with and has amazing job security not too mention the people you meet and make friends with, the opportunities are amazing
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Research the company, what they do, make sure you know what you definitely want too apply for and have the relevant levels / qualifications or experience for the role
