Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I'm currently assisting the MEP team on my job in Manchester(Etihad stadium), I process monthly payments for sub consultants, create progress reports for a subcontractor, tracking the progress of works being carried out to apply to the valuation at the end of the month.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme because you're able to get the training you need and they'll provide that, there is a wide range of opportunities within the job, you're earning while you learn, great team of people.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learnt many new skills which include comparing contract works to new revision works and evaluating the cost, going on site and walking around I've learnt the different components that go in to the building and what that actually looks like. i.e. Ductwork, steel, wiring, pipework, drylining.

I receive a lot of support, a lot of people to reach out to - Line manager, mentor, other colleagues and easy to contact if needed
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Have a monthly review with training provider to go over progress and to make sure I'm on track, a one-to-one with a academic tutor is also available to help with assignments and any other quiries.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
