Due to the stage of my apprenticeship being now almost completely my responsibility I receive as much as I could need, they set the goals and explain what is required of me and then I carry out said tasks.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My training is required so I can safely and efficiently work on and around aircraft, so I would say the training is essential
