Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend NatWest Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
NatWest are a supportive employer, with many employee benefits and the management are interested in personal development as an individual, and are keen for us to grow and prosper after the apprenticeship role.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest Group?
When applying, ensure you understand NatWest's values and think about how they align with your personal values, and also how you would implement these values in day to day life both outside work and in the job role.
Also, read into the apprenticeship job role you're applying to, and the type of individual NatWest are looking for to fill this role.
Example: Natwest mention in the job description that "they're looking for an enthusiastic individual who is always looking to develop processes". Look at this and as yourself the following questions:
- Does this individual sound like me?
-If so, how can I/ have I shown being an enthusiastic person/ made a system/ process better
-If I haven't done this before, think of a process I can make better and how I can do so?
