I look after all learning and development initiatives within the business, including training courses, work experience, placements, apprenticeships and development programmes.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed the programme and I as much as it has been hard completing the CIPD element and apprenticeship I am glad I did it.
