My role is a Royal Air Force Physical Training Instructor. This will involve physically and theoretically instructing military personnel through things like circuits training, battlefield training, improving cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance and taking different fitness tests.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it very much, I feel as though it is well varied and interesting.

Yes, my theoretical knowledge has improved vastly since beginning the apprenticeship.

I think it is well organised as there is a lot to learn and enough time to really take in the information that you are learning.
