What advice would you give to others applying to Barclays
Good grades help, but the extra-curricular and life experiences matter, arguably more. Look at the interview as a conversation, rather than questions and answers. Talk about your passions, what you aim to be and your interests. Your character and values are the most important aspects, as technical skills etc. can be taught.
