I learned lots of new wellbeing skills I can implement in my department as well as some practical skills including Canva as a tool

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured and the portal used to track work and save assignments was very user friendly. Each module was well explained using the KSB's linked to them.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I had to change mentor during my apprenticeship away from my line manager due to work commitments, my new mentor was amazing and very supportive and the apprenticeships team were very support when I had issues.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My trainer provider contact was amazing and supported me each step of the way, nothing was ever to big an ask.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel better informed to support people with wellbeing as part of my role and I also plan to take it further and support the wider department/office location

Great place to work and they reward their staff well and support well with various employee resources.

Don't give up, it took me a few applications to get my role but it was worth the effort.
