Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a mover we do cargo, packing, ops and ex paperwork, but as I am still in training at the moment we are currently learning the trade and getting the chance to get onto aircraft’s and get more hands on.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed the program and learning more and more about the trade and getting hands on with it.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed more confidence and speaking skills as this is a trade where you have to be very forthcoming. I have been able to perform tasks more efficiently and effectively.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I believe it to be very well organised and structured and a good use of time within it. Lots of content was learned during it.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Any support that was needed from the actual job and tests to just checking up was all good and received a lot of support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot of support they try to push us and make sure we can get all of our qualifications to the highest ability.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helped me to perform a lot better with the confidence they had in me and this led me to perform a lot better in my role and be able to pass tests and more.

There are lots of sport teams and networking events that anyone can get involved in.
