Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role as a SEF working on SQN consists of checking flying to make sure that everything is prepared and ready to fly. Making sure that i am able to complete 30 week scheduled maintenance on a full AEA including helmet, BALCS, Med spins, & IPG. Also make sure that the day to day running of the bay in correct.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

During my time on the apprenticeship i have seen the best methods for streamlining work while still working to high standards required

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I feel that it has been organised but i think that evidence for the apprenticeship should be able to be gained while 100% supervised as well. Otherwise you will be limited to when you are able to get into main bay to gain everything you need.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Yes i have been involved with skiing, cricket, hockey, climbing and other activities outside out the trade.
