I do a dual role, I work as an assistant and people manager. As people manager I do welcome meetings, help to prepare for audits and take part, train new managers, review policies and make reports on what needs to be completed, I.e. training, RTW etc.

I have just started, but so far I enjoyed it

Yes, definitely got more knowledge and understanding of policies, also had to develop my people skills to a greater level.

Would be great if there was a little more communication
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Again I have just started the apprenticeship, so it's hard to say.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I hope to learn more about compliance, laws and understand them better and to support the employees and employers.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
I attend some sessions, people calls, some NABIT sessions etc.
