Looking after a portfolio of 130 business customers with t/o of 750k - 2m roughly helping with any banking needs from basic needs to lending
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very much so. I enjoy going into office and working with the team, and the flexibility of work location is great

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Both. Developed communication/teamwork skills and relationship building. Built a lot of financial knowledge

How well organised/structured is your programme?

BPP less so, they are quite unorganised and on many occasions the zooms are not ready in time

A good amount. Manager is very supportive and team in Leeds is great
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Good amount, plenty of resources etc - just found to be disorganised with events at times
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Builds financial knowledge - commercial lending module specifically, however definitely not essential
