Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Starting with an introduction to the business and key training modules, following with tasks to complete each with a key focus on four separate areas of law: Medical Negligence, Corporate, Real Estate and Wills/Tax, Trusts and Disputes. There was ample opportunity to meet trainees and associates, with everyone taking the time to help as much as possible
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Irwin Mitchell are brilliant at educating prospective employees about the operation of the business and provide lots of interesting and rounded information on various aspects of its growth and development, as well as interesting cases the firm has worked on. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Irwin Mitchell
Be yourself! While the application process itself needs careful attention and your answers must be considered with thought, I felt that what helped me stand out was that I tried to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible throughout interviews and assessments. Also, take the opportunity to ask questions, not only does this show initiative, it helps you to learn.
