Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day to day I work on lots of different tasks from software design, development and testing. I work closely with my colleagues learning from their wisdom and experience. The work can be very varied as you change placements every six months, meaning you get to experience lots of different areas of the business.

Due to the combination of University and workplace placements, you will learn lots of new skills. This is incredibly valuable as you can reinforce the learning that you do in Uni at work.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Babcock International Group?
They value logical thinking and thought process over knowledge during the interviews, don't be afraid to say that you don't know the answer to a question but try and use the knowledge you have to work around the question.
