Using internal & external tools to provide our sales team with the data they need to get more out of their existing accounts, while also providing data to showcase the opportunity in new accounts.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Somewhat, content is mostly good but workshops are tedious and not learning loads from these. There is really valuable content in the modules but they are also watered down by some very repetitive parts you also need to do to get through it.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Developed some Excel skills, some analytical tools that I have used before but not had a great understanding of, I've developed considerably such as vlookups. Also learnt how to use PowerBI desktop to create new dashboards.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised, no issues with that side. Structure should be changed in the way the workshops are done and when they are organised for. Always seems to be too late given the content.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Loads of support from my employer, no issues with that side of it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Training provider offers a lot of support, workshops don't help me personally but my PDE is very helpful and always happy to help out wherever needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Better with PowerBI & Excel skills, which has helped me present data findings to stakeholders.
