Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a Police communit support officer so my main role is to provide support to both police officers and the public in my designated area and to rospond to jobs that I have the powers to attend.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed a lot of aspects of the programme and feel like it has helped me grow my skillset and confidence.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my customer service skills and public relations. As well as developed my IT skills by using new systems that I woulnd't normally have access to.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is really well structured and organised to best use the amount of time I have to learn and to give me appropriate time to develop the skills that the programme wants to teach me.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

They have supported me in many way including neurodiversity assistance and extra equipment to help me fulfil my role.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They have provided as much support as they can given the circumstances of the qualification.

I feel like my qualification is key to performing role as it teachs me the skills to perform the core parts of role.
