5/5
Currently, I am at training in Ponteland, however in a few weeks I become based at Blyth and complete on the job learning, which I am really looking forward to.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

5/5
I have learned of new skills, including personal skills, communicational skills and developed my knowledge massively in relation to policing, the laws and what is expected of us working at Northumbria Police.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

5/5
The apprenticeship programme is really well structured and, we all know who to get in contact with if we struggle with anything or need some assistance and advice in relation to anything that concerns the job as a whole

How much support do you receive from your employer?

5/5
The support from my employers is great, as well as I know I have got the support from all staff in the police no matter their rank.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

5/5

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

5/5
Luckily, having a trainer that used to work for the police is proving very beneficial, as he is able to offer us advice and guidance where it is asked of.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

5/5
I am interested in potentially going the football team that Northumbria Police has, and accessing the gyms.
