Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My job role involves customer service of selling holidays and ancillaries, meeting and greeting customers, dealing with different suppliers & admin. Admin usually involves the receiving confirmations, notifications of change, replying to emails, posting on our social media page, replying to social media comments and using our agents selling systems with on the job and online training.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying learning new things surrounding the travel industry & I am enjoying the teams I work with in branch and online training.

yes I have learnt many new skills throughout the entire apprenticeship through training involving customer service & knowledge on more travel industry factors.

lots of support from the management and the team.

I feel that this qualification is giving me lots of knowledge on how the company works & the training we receive helps us learn lots of new things helping us perform better

there are not extra curricular activities however there are charity events, educational trips you can apply for and ship visits.
