My role envolved customer service , money handeling , time managent , complaint dealing , team work etc
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i did enjoy the programme , there is a lot of course work behind it but it definately has an impact on your overall service and growth . I think one comment would to be trying to get the apprentice groups smaller to decrease the riskof people feeling uncomfortable and falling out

My customer service has extremely grown and also my money handeling as i did not have much experience with handeling with money

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme was definately organised . I woullpraise hays for the organisation as each training day had a new work book to go through and your tasks of bud to finish were all setfor specific months
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I recieved a lot of support from my manager , not so much at the beginning however i think that relationship grew over time . I do think it is important to have a good relationship with your trainer too as if there was any issues with your employers there is always someone to talk to
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

you can always speak to your trainier and ask for addiional support , they are always available
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I definately would not have the level of confidence adn knowledge without the trainig course
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

In my branch we do charity events such as coach trips , cake sales , tombolas etc to raise money and give back

Would you recommend Hays Travel to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Although your hreat has to be in travel to complete the apprenticeship , you do recieve a good qualification at the end and also can make many friends along the way
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Hays Travel?
I would try have full GCSES , be confident and open minded
