The structure is good, having learnt a lot of material in the initial training and putting it into practice in my job.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

In terms the people around you there is a very good support network, personally i was expected to be very independent by my apprenticeship manager
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They give you a basic outline of what’s you need to achieve in order to complete your apprenticeship and the responsibility is on you to follow through on their instructions, which i like
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It pushes you to learn every aspect of your role and allows you to get more experience, making you more rounded as an engineer
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
