my POC was readily available, But it was hard to get time off work to work towards it, due to service need.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Not a lot as i had already became competent at the job by the time i was able to complete the apprenticeship. Meaning me doing the job and on the job training helped me more than me doing the apprenticeship, the apprenticeship was only to show i was competent rather than make me competent.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RAF?
Be willing to learn, and try and complete your NVQ as soon as you can for career progression.
