Having looked at the future topics the programme covers I feel this will definitely help me to perform better in areas I would like to develop in.

There are lots available, I am a member of a basketball team, I am an on-site voluntary Firefighter, there are multiple clubs people can join and plenty of professional networking events open to everyone.
