Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BT Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Despite the headwinds the company faces with financial challenges and market conditions there is an underlying commitment for training and development of people to enable progression with inside or outside of the company.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT Group?
Don't expect to be working for a Google or AWS where the financial offers might be higher, however expect to be working for a company where people care about each other, in some cases it is (or feels like) family, where there is a culture of supporting each other to be at your best.
